CAN WE DOCK OUR BOAT DURING OUR STAY?
Our dock is only allowed to be used for the use of loading and unloading. Throughout your stay, we ask that you anchor/moor your boat away from the dock and swim area. Our location on the southeast bay, occasionally experiences high winds, but the use of a sand mooring (we can provide one if needed) will keep your boat, our other guests, and our dock safe from any potential injuries or damages. At LDC our dock is for the use of all of our guests. LDC is not liable for any damages, accidents, or injuries that may occur to your boat.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT THE SWIMMING AREA?
Yes! Dogs are allowed in the swim area. We ask that you follow our Rules for Dogs, and that they remain leashed and respect the space of other guests using the swimming/dock area.
IS THERE SPACE TO PARK MY TRAILER?
Yes, we have space for your boat/watercraft trailers. There is even space for your side-by-side. We are working on a more permanent solution, but for now we ask for trailer to be placed on the southeast grassy area near our duplex unit.
